AT&T Sues Time Warner
The Houston Chronicle:
San Antonio-based AT&T has sued competitor Time Warner Cable, saying it illegally accessed and damaged network wiring when hooking up telephone customers in San Antonio apartment buildings.Time Warner technicians conducted a "methodical invasion" of AT&T's network facilities in apartment complexes, the phone giant claims in the lawsuit filed Friday in federal district court here.
Time Warner had no immediate comment on the suit.
